Global gaming company Netmarble Corp. announced a special update for Blade & Soul Revolution, an oriental action mobile MMORPG featuring a captivating cinematic story of revenge based on an online PC game adaptation Blade & Soul. This update introduces the new Act 5 dungeon, ‘Lair of the Frozen Fang.’.
"Lair of the Frozen Fang" has a higher difficulty level than previously released dungeons, featuring the final boss, Bladescale Dragon King, who can summon three types of totems. The difficulty of this dungeon varies depending on which type of totem the players attack first.
In the Normal Lair of the Frozen Fang Dungeon, players can obtain Radiant Heroic Weapon/Accessory Recipes and Lair of the Frozen Fang Medals. Meanwhile, players can obtain Legendary Accessory Recipes and Bladescale Medals (Heroic) in the Heroic Lair of the Frozen Fang Dungeon.
Netmarble is hosting a variety of events with generous rewards to celebrate the update. Players have the chance to earn Radiant Enhance Stone Fragments based on the number of times they complete the Lair of the Frozen Fang dungeon. Additionally, players can earn Heroic Fragments by completing all missions.
In addition, materials for Growth Skills and Passives will be awarded to players who log in to the game for one hour each day for the next two weeks. Netmarble has also prepared an event offering Silver and Stamina Boosters as rewards based on the number of Conquest Missions completed.
Players can earn the following rewards based on the number of Heroic Dungeons they have completed:
- Complete Blackram South Fleet (Heroic) 3 times: Greater Skill Essence
- Complete Tomb of the Exiles (Heroic) 3 times: Greater Passive Essence
- Complete "Forgotten Temple (Heroic)" 3 times: Greater Blue Chi
- Complete "Altar of Heaven’s Mandate" (Heroic) 3 times: Greater Red Chi
- Complete Midnight Skypetal Plains (Heroic) 1x: Greater Hongmoon Chi
